Office Visits
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality endodontic care. We understand that you may feel anxious about receiving endodontic treatment. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.
Your first visit is all about you — your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your visit, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Take any necessary X-rays of your teeth
- Perform an examination to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning
The doctor will then personally review your X-rays with you, discuss your individualized treatment plan, and take the time to answer any questions you may have.
Remember to bring these with you to your appointment:
- Your referral slip if you have one from your dentist
- Your insurance card
- Any additional information that may help us better understand your needs and provide you with the highest level of care.
Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best care to all of our patients and to respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments will result in limited scheduling availability.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please contact our office as soon as possible by phone during business hours. If you leave a voicemail after hours, the time of your message will be recorded.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. This policy helps us better serve all of our patients and ensure timely care.
